    Countryside sunrise.

Hello everyone. This time of the year is slow for me as far as picture taking goes. The lighting and the weather conditions has to be favorable on weekends for me to take any good pictures. So I thougth of learning more about the colors and HDR pictures. I never liked the grey sky/snow in HDR pictures. But I have realised that if tonemapped correctly HDR picture can give very natural looking results.
This is a HDR image of three exposures merged in CS5. No filters used. Picture was taken seconds before sunrise from a country road.
Canon 30D, 10-22mm EFs at 13mm. The picture came out so sharp that I had to use only minor sharpening in the resized version.

I agree that the weather has not been kind to us on the weekends never mind during the week. HDR processing has changed so much now and the images are more natural looking if done right, plus there is much more control with the software that is out there now. Very nice caspture.
