    Scaups

Well it seems that if I view my images now in windows viewer they seem very dark and I don't know why this is happening. I had to purchase a new calibration tool for my monitors since the one I had went south. Please let me know if these show up OK.

    Re: Scaups

They both look good Dennis but #2 is brighter.
The feathers in #2 has streaks of white in them not sure if that is from over exposure or something else.

I agree with Chuck. #1 is great, but #2 is too bright with white streaks in the orange body feathers. The body feathers don't look natural

Thanks for the information on these images Chuck, this was more of a test to make sure that the images show up OK. I did not spend a lot of time on these for that reason.

But I agree with your comments about the second image being too bright.

Thanks Don, as I mentioned to Chuck this was more of a test to see that the images show up OK and that members can see these OK. I agree with the second one as well, but I did not spend much time with these since I didn't like the way they looked in Windows Picture Viewer, very dark looking, and yet in View NX they look fine. Will look at the settings with the new Calibration tool.

I really like #1, the way the water is rising up over the front of its body.
