System Rating upgrade

Hello All,

Well I seen that there was an update Plug-in for the Ratings system, and the change they made was for the location to be displayed on the system.

1. Above the messge thread.
2. To the Right of the message.
3. Bottom right below the first mesage thread.

I decided that I would put the ratings below the the first message thread bottom right, as to save time from moving back up if there was more that one image that was posted.

Please let me know if you like this position or not.

THanks everyone for your input on the location of the Ratings. I will leave it then where it is now, and I have to say that I think this is the perfect spot for it.
