Ranting a little

Hello All,

This past weekend I was really thinking about where ICUR Digital and how and what to do to get more new members, and member input in general. I have tried to promote ICUR Digital within my images and trying to add the site in Photo Directories and more. I even thought about changing the site to a different name and .com, but after thinking more about that it would cost me money to transfer the name in one of the programs, and the other issue would be that it would take months just to get index by the search engines.

I sent off an email to my buddy Don, and we had arranged to meet up for a coffee OK 3 coffees. We talked about a bunch of things, the general stuff and than we talked about ICUR Digital and what we can do without changing the site name and creating a ton of work for me.

We talked about a number of things that we can do, to put the name out there on the Internet. And most of these may give us more exposure even if it's in a small way, right now as most of you have noticed that I stream lined the main page as I thought that would be one area to keep the front page simple. I'm working on a project right now to help the system and I will let you all know when that is going to be live.

Now I have done all the promoting for the forum in the past, and never asked the members to spread the word about us. But now I'm asking you all to spread the word about ICUR Digital, you see people in the field and they stop to chat let them know about us... Help Us Spread The Word.

Another thing, if you log on try to leave at least one message, it does not have to be an image, just one message from everyone will keep the board going and moving forward. Right now the RSS feeds are keeping the system going, but I would love to see the members here make the difference. One message or comment is all that it takes.

I want to thank you all for your support to ICUR Digital... I'm going to push hard to get the name out there even more, and just need a bit of your help.

Dennis, I will do my best to speard the word about this site. I have learned so much from you and others here and all I can hope is that you get more members to join, and I appreciate all your efforts and help you givin me.
