    Display Issues with Ratings installed

    Hello All,

I have had two reports from users in regards to the images being cut off by 1/3 on the right hand side of the screen, and this is an issue with the new plug-in Ratings installed on the weekend.

This issue seems to show up with members that are using laptops and iPads to view this site and the images. Please let me know if you have issues viewing the images here so that I can log the problem with the provider of this plug-in.

So far I have the following members that have this issue:

    Chuck
    Peter

Please leave a message in this message thread.

Don, can you please run a test with your laptop for me to confirm this for me as well as it may just effect small res screens.

Re: Display Issues with Ratings installed

Here is an Update on this issue.

The problem was not the Plug-In at all, as I turned it off and the problem was still there, so I started thinking about what I may have done is the past and remember that Chuck had an issue and I went into the files and made changes to the Max Image Size. Well it seems that I made an edit change to the wrong setting which should have been 100 % but I changed it to 1024 PX and it was this causing the problem to the skin that we use and that you see when you log on.

I confirmed this with the VB Default skin and made the change to where it should be. As well I used my laptop to see if it shows the whold image and it does now. I'm just waiting for Chuck and Peter to confirm this.
