    My First Youtube Demo Video

In this first video from ICUR I decide to show you how to get more details out of birds that have a lot of white in them. In this demo, I used Color Efex Pro 4, and the filters used were Tonal Contrast, White Nuetralizier, and Detail Extractor.

Please send me your feed back on this video, as getting feedback is the only way that I can make changes to the next demo. Please check out the full screen of the video as well and let me know your thoughts about the small and full screen versions. I hope you wiill enjoy this first video.

Dennis, first of all well done. Sound quality is excellent, the small video is pretty good and when I went to full screen it was not that bad and readable and easy to follow for me. Overall this demo was great and again you have taught me a few things with Color e-fex pro that I would have never thought of. I hope that you will be doing more of these? Oh yes I really love the beat at the beginning and end of this video, it's catchy

One more question that I have, will there be a way that members can download this and maybe other ones in the feature?

I just watched this and even though over my head I think you did very well for the first one. I like the sound of your voice sort of has that deepness to it as well came through very clear. I too liked the beat that you used at the beginning of the video and end. As for seeing this in the smaller version of the video was OK, but being displayed full screen was more that satisfactory in my view. Pretty darn good if I may say.

I sat there and watched you make this and it took a number of tries to get it right. Not easy and would be frustrating for me to do one...

Great reviews I have seen on this software, still trying to save some cash for it man. Cool beat in the video and enjoyed it a whole lot even though I don't have it yet but you sure explained it well and the results wow from that image.

    Cool work man.

Tom, first of all thanks for the feedback as I need to know if there were any problems, concerns that I should be aware of with the video. Your comments tell me that I'm doing the right things in the demo.
Glad that you learned something from the demo and that is what it's all about Tom, and the answer is yes I will be doing more of these demos. They can take up a bit of time doing them as you make a mistake and you need to start over and in this one I had to start over 25 to 30 times. I wanted it near perfect, but I did my best on the first one and I hope that over time it will flow much easier for me down the road.

I agree the beat is nice and will use that in all the demos I do sort of a trade mark.

I thought of that after I uploaded and posted the video. Here is the problem that it is a huge AVI file over 400 mb in size and that would it up almost all my space on the server and could bring the server down, the other thing is that I could drop the resolution of the display and I seen that and don't like the quality of the demo. The only way is to have it as a Flash file, and the size is just over 12 mb.

I'm willing to share that file with the members only, and only if there are enough requests for the file and it would be a time limited post for the download.

I hope that this answers your questions?

I hear you James, it was a demo not for everyone. But with that said I hope to do some simple stuff for those that are new to DSLR and photography in general. From your comments as well tells me that I did pretty good with the voice being clear, the sound file and in general the demo itself. Thanks for your input as well, as I appreciate the feedback from you all.

Re: My First Youtube Demo Video

What a super job you have done with this video tutorial
The intro music was catchy..very nice. Your flow was also good, making the tutorial easy to listen to. I expanded the video to full screen and was able to follow, plus read the words from your screen.

At the end of your video, it does not re-show your video again. I see 9 or so previews of other videos.

Truthfully, I think you did a superb job with your tutorial, even better than the NIK webinars.
