Teleconverter question

James, I suggest when you go to the store that you take your camera and test it with the 300mm lens and the converter, this way you have some ideas before you leave the store.

Sure James, I can do that for you and in fact here is one I took in Florida with the D700 and the 300mm lens with the TC 1.4 attached.

Great image Dennis, and that lens sure produces a nice result. Will be heading to the camera store and see if they have one in stock, if not I will order the lens and converter.
