No, we have a few taggers but that gets painted over pretty quickly.

You know I went out for the last two days looking for stuff to photograph and most of it has also been painted over, for the rest of the week is rain so it may seem that I maybe out of luck for the challenge.

Yeah, the town of Asheville, NC passed a law that any business in town that gets tagged with graffiti the business must cover it over with paint with in 30 days or they have to pay a $250 fine. It changes so fast I don't know how they think they can keep up with it all. One business did a police report about the graffiti & got in the local news. I guess that was some good advertising for free.

Well that is a good thing in a way Chuck, it cleans the city up as some of this stuff is just garbage.

There are 2 thing that I don't like about this and that is the store is responsible for someone else's actions and has to go out and buy paint to cover up the mess. The other issue is that you and I and others are going to pay for all of this with a price increase at the store. Good on the store that got free advertising out of this, smart of them to do that. It is so sad that kids don't care about the damage that they are causing today, they will write on trucks, the transit system or where ever.
