Hello all, well went through the process with Nikon about my issues, and removed any info in the registry, users, and appdata, installed again and the same issue as before. So I created another user account after all this failed to see if the same problem would occur. Guess what, it worked just fine, so the problem is with my User Profile, and I need to fix this is a few days.
