    Did you know?

    Hi everyone,

Most of our home theaters allow us to go to places like YouTube and others, and if you do a search you can found all sorts of things about photography to watch on your own TV. If your does not support getting onto such sites than how about the WD TV Live box, it's just over $100.00 and allows you to go to many of these sites.

    WD TV Live Box below

Now the funny thing is that Don told me about this box, and telling me what it can do and when I went down to Florida with him, I bought one there and got home and love the WD TV Live box. I was talking to Glen on the phone one day telling him about it and a few weeks later I get a call from Glen that he also bought one and really liked it. Again another call about a question about a file format question if it would play iTunes movies, and the answer he got was no. But it will play your iTunes music. Oh be for I forget this is a wireless device and can access your computer and any shared folders that you have on your computer like Music, Photo's and Movies that come from another source other that iTunes.

But wait, I get another phone call from an excited Glen again, and he told me that the device will play Podcasts from iTunes, all you need to do is find the folder where the podcasts are and make it a share and now you can watch them on your TV screen. I have watch them on my iPhone which is too small to see what is going on, and in iTunes there no bad to view, but sometimes hard to see things. So after I hung up the phone I decided to give this a try, and I was very impressed with watching them on the TV, it's not HD but much better than viewing them on the computer screen.

If you don't have an ipod, iPhone or iPad no problem, download iTunes and install it, create a Apple account no charge and got to Podcasts and do a search for what you are looking for. Some charge for them, but there is a lot of Free Podcasts out there, and play them on your TV.

I like that fact that if the Podcast is boring, I just hit the fast forward button to the next selction.

    Thanks Glen for this tip...

It is a neat device Wayne and does a lot for a tiny unit.

I thought this was very neat that Glen pointed out Don, and I like the Podcasts on the TV now, much better than on the TV.
