    Read the camera manual first of all. The next thing is make a list of things that you don't understand in the manual, and then get onto a photography forum and ask those questions in a message and even do a Google search for what you need to know.   2. Be Warned!

    Be Warned!

    I have also said that when you have Digital Images you need to back them up onto another drive to protect them from a hard drive failure which can happen at any time. What I have found in the past and that is if Windows reports that there is an issue with your hard drives, it is time to replace them and backup your system when you get this warning otherwise you loose all your data.

  3. Low Angle Shooting

    How many of you thought about getting some low angle shoots of birds on a beach or even in mud flats? Sure I'm one, and even thought about "The Skimmer Ground Pod II" But $100.00 for a piece of plastic that I'm sure will do a good job just cannot get past the cost of it. Another one that Don and I have heard and talked about was a frying pan, yes that is what I said, remove the handle from the frying pan and insert 1/4 XX in the center and now you have a Skimmer for the beach or mud flats. ...

    I was thinking about this last night and decided to write a Blog on this, it's funny how we all start out taking pictures of anything and everything with our cameras and it doesn't matter what it is when we first start out. We just want to push that shutter button get home to see our images with all the flaws with the hopes of nailing a picture or 2 even with the camera in auto mode.
